Introduction

The Lucas Slalom Cup and the competitions associated with Lucas Roller Week 2026 are international skating events organized by ADC Lucas Slalom, in tribute to Lucas Seijo Fernández. By registering for any of the competitions, participants fully accept the terms and conditions set out on this page.
  1. Event Details
Dates: From April 30 to May 3, 2026. Location: Port of A Coruña (Calvo Sotelo / Batería docks). Organizer: ADC Lucas Slalom. Competitions: Lucas Slalom Cup, Lucas Slalom Cup U15 and Lucas Skate Cross, integrated within Lucas Roller Week 2026.
  1. Registration Terms

Registration is open to all individuals who meet the age, category, and discipline requirements established in the regulations of each competition.

Registration will only be valid once the form has been correctly completed and the corresponding payment has been confirmed, when applicable.

Registration fees – Inline Freestyle (Lucas Slalom Cup):
One discipline: €40
Two disciplines: €45
Three or more disciplines: €50

Registration fees – Inline Freestyle U15:
A €10 reduction will be applied to the above rates.
One discipline: €30
Two disciplines: €35
Three or more disciplines: €40

Registration fee – Lucas Skate Cross:
Single fee: €40.
In case of simultaneous registration in Inline Freestyle, a €10 reduction will apply.

It is not mandatory to attach the proof of payment at the time of registration.

Joint payments by team and/or family are allowed in order to facilitate the process. In these cases, an email must be sent to registro@lucasslalomcup.com indicating which participants the payment corresponds to, attaching the corresponding proof of payment.

If an alternative to bank transfer payment is required, contact must also be made via registro@lucasslalomcup.com to assess other payment options, which may involve additional fees.

Registrations are personal and non-transferable.

In the event of registration cancellation by the participant, reimbursement is not guaranteed, except for duly justified reasons that are expressly accepted by the organization.

  1. Event Rules
Participants must comply with the specific technical and sporting regulations of each discipline and with the instructions of judges, technical staff, and the organization. It is mandatory to maintain respectful conduct towards other participants, judges, volunteers, organization staff, and attending spectators. Participants must present themselves in the competition area in advance, as indicated in the official program. The organization does not guarantee participation for those who are not present at the scheduled time.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
The organization is not responsible for: Injuries, accidents, or physical damage suffered by participants during the event. Loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment. Each participant is responsible for having personal or federation insurance that covers their participation in the event.
  1. Use of Personal Data
The data provided in the registration form will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and the event’s Privacy Policy. By registering, the participant authorizes the use of their name, image, and videos captured during the event for informational, promotional, and dissemination purposes related to Lucas Roller Week and future editions.
  1. Event Modifications
The organization reserves the right to: Modify the program, schedules, events, or location for organizational, technical, weather-related, or force majeure reasons. Cancel the event in whole or in part in the event of exceptional circumstances, informing participants as far in advance as possible.
  1. Acceptance of the Conditions
Registration for any of the competitions of Lucas Roller Week 2026 implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
